Robotic laser cladding machine
Laser cladding deposits a precision alloy layer where wear, corrosion or impact damage would otherwise scrap the part. Our MOBIMR-6000 pairs a 6000W Raycus laser with a 6-axis Estun robot — mobile, so it comes to the part, not the other way round.

What we build
At KECMT, we are committed to driving innovation and enhancing productivity in your manufacturing processes. Our state-of-the-art robotic laser cladding machine is a game changer designed to deliver precision, efficiency and reliability.
Unmatched laser power
The cornerstone of the cladding machine is the advanced Raycus laser system, renowned as one of the best brands in China. With a robust output of 6000 watts, this laser power is specifically engineered to provide high-quality cladding results across various materials:
- Efficiency: the high power ensures faster processing times, allowing you to scale up production without compromising quality
- Precision: the laser’s advanced technology delivers exceptional accuracy, creating finer cladding layers that enhance the strength and durability of the components
- Water cooling system: equipped with a sophisticated water cooling system, the laser maintains optimal operating temperatures, significantly reducing the risk of overheating and extending the lifespan of your equipment
- Versatility: it effectively clads a wide range of materials, making it suitable for various applications in the manufacturing sector
The robotic arm
Estun Robotics provides our robotic arm, regarded as the premier brand in China for reliable robotic solutions. It handles a 20 kg loading capacity with an impressive 1700 mm movement range — enough to work with larger components and complex geometries. The construction ensures it can endure extended use without wear and tear, saving on potential replacement costs in the future.

Where it earns its cost
- Repair over replacement: a worn shaft, valve seat or mould surface clad back to dimension costs a fraction of the replacement part — and the bond is metallurgical, not a coating that can spall
- Protective cladding: new parts clad against the wear regime they will actually see, instead of being over-specified in solid alloy
- Mobile service: the unit is mobile — it comes to the part, which matters when the part is a press column, a pump housing or anything that does not want to be shipped
