Distributors and Dealers
We build machines in Ma'anshan and supply them through partners who can install and support them. Here is what that relationship involves, and what we will not promise.
We build machines in Bowang, Ma'anshan. We do not have a sales office in your country, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can do is supply machines, documentation and technical backing to a distributor who already knows how to install and support them.
What we are looking for
- Service capability, not just sales capability. The single biggest predictor of whether a distributorship works is whether the partner can commission a machine and fix it. A dealer who can only sell creates complaints we cannot resolve from China.
- Existing machine tool or fabrication market presence. You already sell into sheet metal shops; press brakes and shears are adjacent to what you carry.
- Local-language documentation and support. We supply English documentation and CE documentation for EU market entry. Anything beyond that is your value add, and it is usually why customers buy from you instead of direct.
- Parts stock. Holding common wear parts — seals, valves, tooling, controllers — is what turns a breakdown into a two-day stop instead of a six-week one.
What we provide
Machines and configuration
Press brakes from 30 to 800 t, shears, and the adjacent lines in ourproduct range. Tonnage, bed length, axis count, control and guarding configured for your market's requirements rather than a fixed catalogue.
Documentation
CE documentation and EU Declaration of Conformity for the models covered by our certification — see certifications. Manuals, electrical and hydraulic schematics, and spare parts lists in English.
Technical support
English-language engineering support, remote troubleshooting over video, and wiring and hydraulic schematics detailed enough for your own technician to work from. Seesupport for what we can resolve remotely and what we cannot.
Training
Operator and maintenance training for your staff, either at our plant or remotely. Seetraining for the syllabus. A distributor's technicians are welcome on the same programme.
What we will not promise
We do not grant open-ended territorial exclusivity. Exclusivity without a volume commitment is a promise that hurts both sides, and we have seen it fail in both directions. Any exclusivity arrangement is tied to agreed annual volumes, reviewed annually, and written down. If that is not the arrangement you want, we can still work together non-exclusively.
We also do not compete with our own distributors on deals they brought us. If you register an opportunity and work it, it is yours.
How to start
Send us the following and we will respond with a concrete proposal rather than a brochure:
- Your company, market and the customer types you sell to.
- What you already sell and service — particularly whether you have field technicians.
- Which machine types interest you and at what rough annual volume.
- Whether you hold spare parts stock today.
Questions we get asked
Do you offer territorial exclusivity?
Not open-ended. Exclusivity is tied to agreed annual volumes, reviewed each year and put in writing. Exclusivity without a volume commitment tends to fail for both sides, so we would rather be explicit about it up front.
Do you sell direct in territories where you have a distributor?
Not on opportunities the distributor registered and worked. If you bring us the lead and run the sales process, it is yours.
What documentation do you supply for EU import?
CE documentation and an EU Declaration of Conformity for the covered models, plus manuals, electrical and hydraulic schematics and spare parts lists in English. Local-language documentation is normally the distributor responsibility.
Can your technicians train our service staff?
Yes. Operator and maintenance training is available at our plant or remotely, and distributor technicians are welcome on the same programme. See the training syllabus for what is covered.
What parts should a distributor stock?
Common wear and failure items: cylinder seals, valve cartridges, hydraulic filters, pump and motor spares, controller components and standard tooling. Holding those turns a breakdown into a short stop instead of a long wait for shipping.
