Press brake support, troubleshooting and spare parts

The pages here are the ones people search for at the worst moment — a machine down, an alarm on the screen, a part that will not hold tolerance. They are written to help you diagnose the common faults and decide whether it is a five-minute fix or a call to us. They are general guidance, not a substitute for your controller manual or a qualified technician.
Press brake alarm codes
The common CNC alarm categories — axis, hydraulic, backgauge, E-stop — what they usually mean and the first thing to check.
Hydraulic troubleshooting
Low pressure, slow ram, overheating, leaks and noise — the likely causes and the checks to run before you call.
Spare parts
The wear parts that actually fail, how to identify them, and how to order the right item with the shortest delay.
For anything not covered here, or if a fault repeats after a fix, open a case withservice and support and we will route it to the engineer who knows your model.
Questions we get asked
Where do I find the alarm code for my specific controller?
The authoritative source is the manual for your exact controller model (Delem, Estun, Cybelec or other). The alarm-code page here groups the common categories so you can narrow down the fault, but the precise code meaning and reset procedure are in your controller manual.
What is the most common cause of a press brake stopping mid-job?
In order: an E-stop or safety input opened (light curtain, door, pedal), a backgauge or axis fault, then a hydraulic pressure or low-oil condition. Check the safety circuit and oil level first, because they are the quickest and most frequent.
Can I order spare parts without the model number?
You can, but it is slower and riskier. The serial number and the part drawing or photo let us ship the correct seal, blade, valve or bushing the first time. The spare-parts page lists what to record before you call.
Need a hand with a fault?
Open a case with service and support and we will route it to the engineer who knows your model. Have the serial number and a photo of the fault ready.
